Levi and our human resources team are a critical part of GeoEngineers’ success. They support and train staff while looking out for our well-being, and as a self-described jack-of-all-trades, Levi is right in the middle of it all. Levi’s many HR responsibilities include new employee onboarding, benefits administration, and employee data management.
“I believe being able to adapt in an ever-changing work environment is paramount to being a successful HR professional,” Levi says. “You must be able to roll with the punches if you want to improve.”
Levi graduated from Southern New Hampshire University with a master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, and he was drawn to the field of HR as a way to make a meaningful difference in workers’ lives.
“I love that I’m in a position where I can tangibly see the impact I make,” Levi says. “The people here at GeoEngineers are incredible and it’s an honor to work with them.”
In his free time, Levi is a gamer who enjoys everything from pinball tournaments and video games to tabletop role-playing adventures. He regularly leads Dungeons and Dragons games as the dungeon master, and is a fan of Star Wars and anime.
