Ashley is a Recruiting Coordinator at GeoEngineers, where she plays a key role in helping candidates move smoothly through the interview and hiring process. She coordinates schedules, manages logistics behind the scenes, and ensures that every candidate has a positive and well-supported experience.
Ashley has always loved working with people and bringing order to complex details, and recruiting combines those strengths perfectly. “I get to interact with people everyday while also managing the behind-the-scene logistics to make sure everything runs smoothly,” she says. She is energized by connecting with candidates and finds it especially rewarding to watch them come full circle.
Before joining GeoEngineers, Ashley gained experience at Amazon, tech startups, and nonprofits in the Seattle area. “I was drawn to the ‘down-to-earth’ mentality” at GeoEngineers, she recalls, and the supportive environment has reinforced her decision to join the team.
Ashley’s passion for helping people feel comfortable and confident extends far beyond her workday. In her free time, she has organized and led women and nonbinary ski, snowboard, and mountain biking groups in Seattle. Since relocating to Wyoming, she has continued that commitment as a board member for a local nonprofit cycling club and a ride leader for a women’s mountain biking group.
When she’s not coordinating interviews or supporting new hires, you’ll likely find Ashley outdoors. She often brings along her tripod dog, Peggy, affectionately known as “chaos on three wheels,” who joins her on short but epic adventures.
