Ashish is an IT Support Services Technician based in Redmond, where he helps keep our technology running smoothly. Whether he’s fixing hardware, troubleshooting software issues, or providing support to employees, Ashish ensures that our staff can focus on their work without being slowed down by technical challenges.

“My most valuable skill is troubleshooting and resolving technical issues quickly and efficiently,” he says. “It helps keep everything running smoothly and lets others do their jobs without interruption.”

Ashish’s interest in IT was sparked by a moment that still sticks with him—helping a friend recover from a major computer issue.

“It felt great to make a real difference,” he recalls. “That’s when I knew this was the right path for me.”

Before joining GeoEngineers, Ashish completed a six-month internship as an IT support technician at a manufacturing company, where he gained valuable hands-on experience in technical support.

A recent graduate of Green River College, Ashish earned his bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity and Networking in June 2025. He’s already looking ahead to the next step in his career.

“I’d like to eventually ladder up to a Tier 2 technician,” he says. “My goal is to keep learning and provide the best customer service possible.”

Outside of work, Ashish enjoys hiking, playing sports, and watching movies with his wife. He’s also passionate about dancing and creating vlogs, which allow him to stay creative.
