Alex is a staff geotechnical engineer and a member of our Boston development team. He is dedicated to seeing projects through to completion and is involved in all aspects of geotechnical consulting. His work includes planning and overseeing complex geotechnical investigations, evaluating challenging soil conditions, developing geotechnical recommendations, drafting construction specifications, and providing construction oversight.
Alex has successfully completed numerous projects and has experience with a wide variety of geotechnical areas, including deep foundations (drilled shafts, micropiles, helical piles), shallow foundations, ground improvement, mass earthwork, support of excavation, and instrumentation monitoring.
Growing up in northern New Jersey, Alex was always fascinated by the tall buildings across the Hudson River. From a young age, he knew he wanted to be involved in constructing notable structures designed to stand the test of time.
Alex received his BS in Civil Engineering with a focus on geotechnical engineering from Wentworth University, graduating in 2020. He began his career in Boston shortly thereafter with other geotechnical consultants and joined GeoEngineers in 2024.
