NAIOP Community Project Brings A/E/C Firms Together for Good

On Saturday, October 4, GeoEngineers joined industry peers for NAIOP Washington’s annual Community Enhancement Project at Holy Family School in Auburn. This annual event brings together volunteers from across the A/E/C industry for a day of service, collaboration, and community impact.

This year, GeoEngineers partnered with Coughlin Porter Lundeen (CPL) to refresh several areas around the school campus. Volunteers repainted a large map of the USA on the playground, installed and painted metal nets for six basketball hoops, and updated parking bollards with fresh coats of paint.

Other team members contributed by improving landscaping, removing overgrown blackberry brambles, and assisting across various site tasks. These efforts helped create a safer, more welcoming environment for students and staff.

Although overall volunteer turnout was slightly lower than in previous years, the day was an excellent opportunity to connect with clients, owners, and project partners while contributing to the local community. NAIOP raised funds to support the day’s work, covering materials, equipment, and volunteer needs.

GeoEngineers is proud to participate in initiatives like this, reinforcing our commitment to community engagement and collaboration within the A/E/C industry.

We're driven by our values.
