As our recruiter, you’ll be a strategic partner for our business and a strong ambassador of our brand. You’ll drive sourcing strategies and guide hiring managers and candidates through our selection process, performing full lifecycle recruiting and maintaining excellent relationships with managers, candidates, and the community at large.

This is a hybrid work position located in Redmond WA or Seattle WA in the United States. You must be able to work Pacific Time Zone hours on a full-time basis.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to drive full life-cycle recruitment, including developing targeted, innovative search strategies, actively sourcing prospects, pre-screening and interviewing candidates, negotiating offers and facilitating the hiring process.
  • Provide consultation to hiring managers on all aspects of the recruiting process, including souring strategies, recruitment cycle timing, coaching and guidance on best practices. Develop and present interview training as needed.
  • Drive university outreach by partnering with managers and staff to develop sourcing strategy, identify top talent, and build key relationships with professors and students.
  • Leverage an understanding of markets and candidate profiles, as well as relationships with talent pools and communities, to identify and recruit prospects for immediate hiring needs. Develop a pipeline that generates strategic candidates to meet the future talent needs of the business.
  • Cultivate trust-based relationships with candidates, gaining a close understanding of their requirements and concerns. Serve as a skilled problem solver, facilitator, and coach in final negotiations.
  • Build relationships and communicate consistently and proactively throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience for all participants involved.
  • Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing new and fine-tuning current processes that align with GeoEngineers’ business and strategic objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
  • 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, to include managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects. and client relationships among geographically dispersed, virtual teams.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) and applicant tracking systems.
  • Proven track record of success in facilitating the identification and attraction of industry-leading talent for immediate business needs, as well as for critical long-term talent planning and pipelining. Strong sourcing and networking skills a must!
  • Ability to take decisive action with a focus on results, along with strong business acumen, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with capability to develop and maintain productive working relationships with individuals at all levels of responsibility. Strong presentation and influencing skills a must.
  • High level of professional integrity and accountability, as well as the ability to build trust while identifying and resolving challenges effectively.

Our best estimate of the salary range for this position, located in Redmond and Seattle WA is $68,300 – $100,300. Compensation offered will be based on a variety of individual factors, including education and experience, as well as internal equity. GeoEngineers’ salary ranges are reviewed and updated each year and employees are eligible for pay increases based on individual performance. As part of our competitive total rewards package, employees in this role may also be eligible for our annual year-end bonus offering, subject to program eligibility requirements.
