Senior Environmental Engineer Ian Maguire was recently named to the Board of Directors for the Oregon Association of Environmental Professionals (OAEP). The OAEP is a non-profit organization that brings professionals from diverse backgrounds together to discuss issues at the intersection of environmental science, state regulation, and business interests. Committed to promoting knowledge exchange and networking, OAEP aims to deliver timely presentations, foster professional growth, and facilitate open access to environmental information, positioning itself as the premier environmental professional organization in the northwest.
“I’m excited to join the board with a good group of individuals, some of whom I have long considered mentors, peers, and friends,” says Ian. “I’m looking forward to working with the board to put together interesting presentations and discussions and building interest in OAEP while representing GeoEngineers.”
