As an environmental technician, Chelsea provides project support in both the field and office. From groundwater monitoring and environmental drilling to EIM compliance and data management, Chelsea is always willing to learn something new and help where she can. “I appreciate the way we support one another’s futures at GeoEngineers. I love learning and teaching myself new things, and because of the way Geo embraces growth, I get to learn something new every day.”
Chelsea’s passion for earth science runs in her family. “For several generations, my dad’s family has been in different areas of mining and engineering. I grew up scavenging for minerals, so it was inevitable that I chose to pursue earth science as a career.”
Being an environmental technician gets Chelsea out in the field protecting what she loves, the outdoors. When she’s not in the field for work, you can probably still find her outside hiking, camping, in the mountains or near the water.
